My family.
Hi, I'm Jenny, a documentary family and wedding photographer. I’m also a mom to 3 boys and their initials spell GAS. My husband, Tim, says he didn’t plan that, but it’s unlikely. Gus, Abe + Sam are my world. They are the reason I became a family photographer. Photography was a hobby for me while I worked my corporate jobs. Then turned side business as I figured out my stay-at-home-mom life in Chicago. Using photos to freeze time as my kids grew was such a gift. I decided I wanted to share it. Fast forward 7 years and Tim’s job brought us back to Michigan. I’m so excited to grow my business and raise my family in the place I love most. I’ll be documenting families honestly and artfully in the Metro Detroit area - let’s hang!
I am most inspired by my three boys, natural light, minimalism, human connection, love, nature, my husband (Tim - the fun Dad who makes everyone laugh), and so much more. I can't wait to work with you.

Jenny is professional, kind, caring, and SO SO TALENTED!! I’m so happy I stumbled across her page on Instagram! I worked with Jenny for my maternity photos (first time mom here) & she made me feel so beautiful and comfortable during our shoot and even allowed me to bring my dog, who joined in some of the photos!
